I started this a few years ago, as a hobby. I only post when two things align: 1) I'm inspired and 2) I have time. So... sorry for the big gaps!I typically write about local history, places I find fascinating but have not yet visited, my travels, and other things I find entertaining.
About the person behind the blog:
I grew up in eastern Pennsylvania and I lived there right up until early 2011, when I moved to Colorado. Living in Denver gave me the chance to see a different part of the US by easily traveling to formerly distant places. After several years in Colorado I moved back to the east coast.Places I've been:

Also, I can't count Japan, because I never left the airport, and I haven't been to Scotland, but it is part of the UK. Ditto for the part of France in South America... *shrug*
